Horrible experience Do not rent from here. We rented from here for two years, we always were told different things depending on who we talked to. When we did end our lease we were told we were only required to pay for the couple days of the month we left in. Later after moving out we were then notified that we still owed a months rent and that there had been a "miscommunication" but they could do nothing about it now. Stay away from these apartments.

For the price of rent we pay, I expect more. Potholes everywhere. Paper thin walls: I can hear my neighbors’ talking, music, television, baby crying... When I leave multiple messages on the office voicemail, they don’t return my calls. Rent increases every year but there is nothing to show for it in our unit. I’ll give them this: there are trails & dog stations around the grounds. It’s a dog friendly place to live. Invest Your Money Elsewhere This is the worst apartment complex I have ever rented with. If you are looking for a place that will treat you with respect and value your worth as a tenant, this place is NOT for you. Not only are the leasing office staff incredibly rude, they also managed to offend my family and I when we talked to the assistant manager about our financial status. If I could give management zero, I would The most rude and inconsiderate managers I have ever dealt with. Don’t bother looking for empathy or helpfulness when a situation arises outside of “normal policy.” They can’t think on their own in the best interest of their tenants. It is about the mighty mighty dollah, yo! I’d take my hard earned money elsewhere where I will be treated with R-E-S-P-E-C-T.

I've lived here for 7 yrs. The 5 star rating is based on the open airy feel of my town home, many windows and great light from all directions, my neighbors underneath me, the tree outside my kitchen window that makes me think l'm in a woods when washing the dishes, the maintenance crew which is prompt when l call, the office personnel who are friendly and helpful, the walking paths throughout the grounds, the upgraded outside work on the buildings, the location to everything l need. Have lived in a town home for 5 years. The maintenance team is fabulous. The grounds are really well kept up. Neighbors are nice. It is not cheap, but it is lovely place.

I been here almost 2 years and love it great place!! The biggest down fall is the parking suck!! Garage spot are like 45 to 60 bucks a month...
