Highly overpriced for what you get sadly. Going into our second summer here (but will be leaving ASAP) and they refuse to turn on the air every year (I have family who lived here years ago and it’s always been a huge issue, I assume it benefits them financially somehow) though you pay for your own anyways. Our unit is typically anywhere from 70-95 degrees from late April until they decide to turn it on, and of course there’s days where that number is a lot higher. I’m a current resident and recently encountered a troubling issue with a missing package. On November 8, a valuable package was marked as delivered, but despite checking the lobby daily, I haven’t been able to locate it. I was disappointed to learn that, despite clear signs indicating security cameras in the lobby, there actually are none—raising serious concerns about resident safety.
