I’m a current resident and recently encountered a troubling issue with a missing package. On November 8, a valuable package was marked as delivered, but despite checking the lobby daily, I haven’t been able to locate it. Just visiting but looks nice for seniors
Being a resident of Devonshire for almost four years, I can say that it is now the best complex to live in all Holyoke . Our new leasing manager Tanya , who has demonstrated exceptional leadership and dedication to our community. Since taking over the helm, it seems that her first order of business was to take care of the air conditioning issue,which has significantly enhanced our living experience. Apartments could be nice, but chaotic management and pests When we moved in, management had agreed to multiple updates including renovated kitchen and new, wood-style flooring. Two weeks into our lease we still did not have kitchen counter tops and had to have the carpet removed. While living there, the apartment was infested with german cockroaches, which required numerous sprayings. In total we couldn't be in our apartment for 7 days due to sprayings.
