Good value for money, easy walking distance to either Pitt or CMU. Older building, surrounded by newer, much more expensive buildings. Nothing fancy but everything in working order, covered parking available. Neighbors in the building are quiet, and the building is in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Some of the most beautiful residential neighborhoods in Pittsburgh are nearby. Property manager Sheldon is very friendly and helpful, property management responds promptly to maintenance requests.
Very good. Big apartment, nice neighbors, kindly administrator, quick maintenance, and convenient transportation.
I really like these apartments. They're on the older side but they're a fair price and the management is very nice and helpful. A great deal for the location!
A little bit old apartment, but in a really great location for college students (especially for those who go to Pitt & CMU) really good deal (rent is now less than $800 for a month ) One minute walk to the bus stop, super convenient!
