Can't tell you how many times our GMC has been back to this dealership. Too many to count. The latest issue? The engine went onto 'reduced power' on US41 in heavy traffic - 10 mph. SO DANGEROUS. It's a total liability ����

Think twice about buying a vehicle here. The service department is terrible. The Service Manager is very rude. Told me if I didn't like the service I got there I should go to a different dealer. I have.

Devoe Service Dept. is awesome, great quality service, waiting area is fabulous; the fact that they have an area designated for children (coloring books, crayons, chalkboard, toys) is nice for us parents who have kids, keeps them entertained while waiting.

The WORSE dealership i have ever visited in my whole life. That collision dept. guy Eddie Ray is by far one that i would not recommend to my worse enemy. I have been a Cadillac customer for over 45 years, i will never again step foot into a Cadillac dealership anywhere in this world because of him. They should fire that guy, but instead, they will give him a raise i bet, wow is right.
I've dealt with Dwight and certified pre-owned for my last 3 vehicles! Highly recommend the exceptional customer service!
