I am new to the area and wasn't really sure where to turn to for help with my car. After a recommendation from a coworker I went to DeVoe. I have had two appointments at the garage, one with Roberto and one with Carlos. I highly recommend both Roberto and Carlos for any job you have, they work fast yet efficient and have a strong attention to detail. I will definitely be back in the future, thanks again!

DeVoe Buick doesn't know what customer service means. I had my car towed there for repairs and left numerous messages for someone to call me back over 3 days and didn't received even one call. I finally drove almost 30 miles to the dealership only be told that they didn't have the parts to fix my car....They couldn't have called me to tell me that?

I hated Devoe. Bad service. Not only did I have bad service, my sister, and a friend had bad service. They told my sister they put a new battery in her car but they didn't. This is why I finally traded my Buick and went somewhere to buy a different car,,, just so I didn't have to deal with Devoe anymore. I loved my Buick but hated the service
