Myself and my son had appointments 7/21. We are new patients may I add that live in NE Columbia. I was told my glasses would be ready in 7-10 business days. I called yesterday 10:43am and spoke to Michelle and she said Jackie was with a patient and she'd have her call me back. No one called me back. I just called back again today and spoke to Jackie and the glasses are not in. I have never had a problem with Devine Eyes. That's why I keep going. The staff is wonderful.
I have had nothing but the absolute best service! Every time I go in there the attentiveness, personal care,and customer service have been nothing short of perfect! Melissa, Ted, and Kelly are top notch!
Haley did a wonderful job and explained everything as we went through the eye exam. She was awesome and patient with me. Dr. Matthews did a great and thorough job. I had good check out experience as to what my insurance covers and full explanation of my options. I found some really nice glasses too.
Great staff, availability, and general care for patients. Special shout out to Haley, for her great work.
Have waited a month for my glasses. Paid in full at time of order and told 10 to 15 days. I have called to inquire about my order several times. Today I did not even get an apology just a rude hang up when I complained! Never again!!!
The worst place possible to get glasses. Treat patients terribly when they complain about their glasses. I couldn't see using my safety glasses. I will never go back!
My family loves Devine Eyes. Friendly staff and great selections.
