Devine Designs is the place to be! – I get my hair done regularly at Devine Designs By the owner (Jade). Jade is the reason why I keep coming. She is friendly, inviting and very down to earth. She made me feel very welcomed in her establishment as well as others. Devine Designs has a very fun loving and family environment where everyone comes be taken care of and have a good time after a long day at work. Relaxing Facials – I have been getting my facials at Devine Designs Salon and Spa for a year now. The estheticians are very talented and I have been so relaxed that I once fell asleep and had to be woken up for my pedicure. The salon used to be above the MidK on MLK Jr Blvd, but is now a few blocks down in between Failing and Shaver. I like this location better as it feels more comfortable and the staff is very friendly.

Great Service – I get my hair done regularly at Devine Designs, as well as my pedicures and massages. I have enjoyed each experience Ive had when I go to the salon. Jade does an excellent job on my hairstyles, colors, and highlights. Everyone is very friendly and I'm always very clear about what is going to happen before my services start. My massages by Missy are excellent as well. I will continue to visit this salon in the future and appreciate a great place to go on the NE side.

Classy and laid back salon & spa – I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a friendly neighborhood salon & spa. The atmosphere is very relaxing and inviting. The stylist and barbers are well experienced and listen to your needs. I enjoyed my experience there, and will be returning for a color service very soon

Only thing classy about this place is the decor! – I saw this the ad on Craigslist for a cut and color special. I went in to get a simple color re-touch and a trim. I walk in and they were eager to have me in. The decor is lovely, but that's about it. My "stylist" was Jade (which I later found out was the manager). She was the loudest, most unprofessional person I have ever encountered. She was so busy talking about how "fine" she was and how all the stylist in her salon were jealous of her because she "owned" a salon....lea... read more

not a good experience – I did not have a good experience getting kinky twists at this salon. I only removed half of my original twists and wanted the front of my hair re-done. I went to Devine Designs salon and the twists that the braider there, put in were loose, huge and messy. She didn't even take into consideration what my previous twists already looked like, she just did what she wanted. Many times I had to either stop her from what she was doing, or ask that she do the twists over again because of how horrible they loo... read more

Jade is very nice,and she also does hair really good – the way she has her shop fixed up
