Devin is absolutely the best realtor to work with, in the area. Through my family, I've worked with a few realtors and Devin is the best. He doesn't have a pompous attitude, he's not rude, and he's very knowledgeable. He was quick to be able to get us into a place to view it and when he'd show up, he'd have a print out and extra information. He’s such fun and pleasant to be around! I love how he reaches out to the community and has so many fun events just to make contact with people. We’ve won a prize at his Halloween contest, and also visited him at at pumpkin patch to receive a free pumpkin carving kit and family photograph. We are not in the position to buy a home at this point, so it just didn’t work out for us yet, but once we are in the position to buy a home we’re definitely contracting Devin!
Devin was a pleasure to work with. Our pictures turned out amazing, and we were amazed at how many scheduled showings we had. Our house sold very quickly and allowed us to stay within contract of our contingent sale pending. Would definitely recommend Devin.
Devin can work miracles! He went way above and beyond in helping us find the perfect home!
