Richard sold my house the first day. Richard is kind, knowledgeable, helpful and has great communication. I HIGHLY recommend him.
For first time home buyers, Richard really made sure we were taken care of. He made sure to give us as much details about the properties. If he didn't know an answer to one of our questions, he would find out that same day. He made sure to keep us in the picture every step of the way.
