Shady! When I arrived and returned, both times, different customers arguing/pleading with him. Eery dude. Seems to be one trick pony: replace screen as a fix all. Ignored my request about issue, proceeded without a call, charged for unapproved/wrong work that did not fix issue. . No demonstration to show it worked. Left battery dead. 8 hour lockdown due to so many password attempts. Does ‘repairs’ out of sight in another room. Look for DZ HQ reviews on Kaleb.
Fake products being installed
Would not reccomend. Horrible communication does not answer or call back, could not fix my device which was fine not everything can be repaired but then returned my device with no screen and told me he cannot “find it”
I took my iPad to The Device Zone on Oxford Street to get the glass screen repaired, and I’ve been dealing with issues ever since. Initially, it was just supposed to be a simple screen replacement, but after the repair, the home button broke twice. While they did offer to fix it both times free of charge, now there’s a black vertical line running down the center of the screen that appeared after the first home button issue. All of the positive reviews here are fake. This place is disgusting! It was easily the worst experience I've ever had. Google "DZ HQ Phone Repair Halifax" for real reviews on Kalab. Edit 3: It’s a relief to see you change your approach from initially denying any responsibility to attempting to deflect with baseless accusations of racism. The screen of my phone was cracked but still functional, although occasionally temperamental.
