My son has been going for a few years. I like the doctor that he sees, really listens to my son. I have always been able to talk to someone on the phone to get an appointment and I always get responses when I send messages to the doctor or his staff.
Update: discrimination is occurring only people of certain zipcodes are being seen. Nobody knows anything when you ask. I'm so sad to see eiple have had a hard time. We visited 10 years ago and it was a life changing experience. Great doctors and very conservative with medication.

Like many others here, I've been trying to talk to a real-life person here for months. I've left more messages than I can count and have never received a return phone call. Now when I call, I don't even get an option to leave a message. After so many rings the call just disconnects. It's time to change insurance plans so my child can get the care she needs. This is very disappointing.
My kids were doing well with Dr. Ma. After we changed doctors inside this same clinic it got bad. We were there the other day and I always have to insist on ordering tests and they seem to know everything. After my son had 45 days of diarrhea and several messages on MyChart, I was there for a consultation with any provider and the doctor who attended said that everything was fine and ordered him to drink water.
