Worst company eve! We did several jobs for them pouring concrete driveways & they still haven’t paid us after almost a year. Justin always seems to have an excuse for not coming out of his office when we come. Don’t do any work for them!! They stole from us.

You will do well to have everything written into the contract including penalties to DDC for missing closing dates. They normally miss three times before you close with all work still not done. Been here a year and half and can not get the one year punch list done. Beware.

They may be knocking it out of the park in Knoxville but are failing in Nashville. The first year in our new and expensive home was beyond miserable and disappointing. They used bad subs (so there was rework...and rework on that...etc...).Their response time is slow to non existent. We had major issues (not talking about a ding in the wall) that took over 7 months to resolve. No air flow in our bedroom over the summer which resulted in replacing all the duct work (that took them over 6 months to respond to). The amount of ti... read more

DDC built our home & we were thrilled with the process from beginning to end! They went above & beyond and the house turned out amazing! In fact, when we recently sold the home, the inspector went out of his way to tell us that the quality of construction was far superior to all other houses he has inspected in the same price range. I highly recommend them if you are looking to buy or build an awesome house!
