Doctor Roxanna Rodriquez is amazing. She listens, and really wants you to understand whats going on. I saw her for myself, and was so impressed I made an appointment for my daughter. (She has autism). After seeing her, my daughter said, "Most doctors are 1s and 2s. Occasionally there is a 3. This lady was an 8." I'm so deeply grateful and pleased to have found a doctor that cares and wants to work with us. Thank you.
I have been seeing this group since I was 11, and my children since they were born that's more than 20 years. Today they turned me away for being 10 mins late. My son is school aged and the appointment was right after school. I am also not able to drive right now. For months now I have had nothing but careless treatment from here since they've changed names. I’ve been going there for years and it never used to be an issue to see any provider just whoever was available. I just had to cancel my annual physical for next week because there’s something at school. I can’t miss I’m a teacher. I was told I have to stay with the same provider and the only next available is December how does that make sense? I’m switching to a different office.
They have been taking care of me for over 10 years. They are responsive in all areas of care from taking care of my colds, bronchitis etc to annual exams and blood tests, medications and health chart explanations and result recommendations.
