I have to say, I think there are some improvements. Dr Rech is so wonderful that it’s worth any inconvenience to be able to see her
This place has been going downhill ever since changing to Penn. The only thing keeping me here is the relationship with my PC
The doctors are owned by penn medicine and the drug reps ! Therefore they are not healers , they are business men ! Also the staff are horrible to deal with. They are ignorant people that never call you back ! This is why they have so many lousy reviews, and such are horrible reputation ! Dr. Rodriguez sent me home with three different patients paper work ! So I filled a police report and a complaint with HIPPA.
10/13/25 Excellent care with my Penn PCP at Lansdale this year. Short wait times to be brought to a room. Sometimes a delay after being in a room. It is understandable if a patient being seen requires more time. Great staff. Was just reading about possible cuts in staff and hope it doesn't change things.
