I am generally pretty fit, but I started to get lower back pain from my office chair. Dr. Dettling was great because he provided a few exercises and tricks to reduce tension. Would definitely come back for consultations!
Dr. Dettling and Kim make every visit so wonderful. All of the staff really cares about my well being, and takes the time to listen and discuss topics that really matter in my life and health. My neck and mid-back have never felt better-even after twelve hour shifts!
