I went to DSM to meet up with my sister her friends go every Thursday for Happy hour I enjoyed the crowd as well the Buffet.
Staff did not care one bit about our dining experience, which was beyond poor. The food was extremely low quality and not even close to what was described on the menu. One pound porterhouse was a thin piece of garbage meat which was not cooked to order and at most (being extremely generous in my estimate of the weight) was 10 oz. Went on all you can eat crab leg Wednesday. Was amazing, couldn't finish my last hot crab leg before my next plate was arriving. They were hot and yummy and our waiter was on it! I will certainly be returning. Great experience.
Horrible, ordered the lobster Mac which was sent back twice because they couldn't get the middle warm in the microwave. Never did get warm Mac. Then sent back extremely raw chicken which was just thrown away and the rest of the plate microwaved until the remainder of the food was inedible leather. Nobody apologized for the abysmal food and horrible service. Don't forget the band is so loud you have to yell, but the waiters whisper so don't expect to hear them.
This place is horrible! Didn't even want to give one star. First time there and will NOT be returning. Wish we would have read the reviews first. It was my friends birthday event, in which we had reservations for. We were seated promptly at the wrong table, then the correct one after we pointed it out. long and short is that it's not worthy of a 60 minute drive to return. Food was "okay", service was "meh" while the atmosphere was nothing special. What stood out most was the REALLY loud live band. Couldn't hear the waiter nor the manager - after asking they finally turned the volume down but it was too late to recover. try it if you want but I do not recommend. There are far better choices in the area.
