Absolutely a wonderful experience!! From getting a quote to picking up my car they had the best customer service and my bumper looks new!. I asked for some extra work and they treated me like family! So appreciative. They are so welcoming and professional. The car looks amazing and I think they even washed lol cause it looks amazing and clean inside. They kept me informed of the progress and had my car ready when promised. So thanks so much for an amazing experience, this will be our shop for any body shop repairs for sure!!
I have used Detroit Custom & Collision twice now and both times the results were "perfect". I can't think of a better word to describe it. These folks do excellent work, high quality. I won't even consider using anyone else. AND when I went to pick up my truck, I found they had also washed it and filled the tank that was about 1/4 full when I dropped it off. You folks are the best!!
Chris at Detroit Custom and Collision is at it again. Not to go into too much detail because my boyfriend would kill me for telling on him for what he did to my car...but Chris took care of "the little issue" in less than 5 minutes and for free! Love this place!
