I was having an issue with sensitivity and called to see if I could get in sometime soon. My call was returned promptly, I was able to get an appointment the next day. The doctor was great, he is always so friendly and asks how I am doing throughout the procedure/appointment. Also they always offer water when I come in and a hot towel is provided to wipe my face after too! Highly recommend!
They staff was very nice. They provide me great information about my service. I would recommend anyone to come there.

While the procedure and exam may have been routine, the care that I received was not (well, except when I come here of course. Compared to other experiences this was above and beyond). Dr. Di pilla treats me like he truly cares. I believe that he does. Very personable Doctor. He explains everything that he is doing and makes sure he answers all of my questions. This was my first visit to Dr. Di Pilla's office and I was incredibly impressed. The entire staff I worked with were incredibly personable and genuinely nice. They all made sure I not only understood each and every step of what they were doing but also that I was comfortable with it. I've been searching for even a decent dentist for YEARS. Everyone in this office is so friendly & helpful. So glad I decided to make an appointment.
I went to di Pilla for the first time and I don't think that I have ever had such great client experience. The hygienist was so thorough - I don't think my teeth have felt this clean in 50 years..... I was very impressed with how thought the dentist was as well..... explained everything in its entirety. I was VERY pleased with my visit.
