By far the best dental experience I've had. Everyone on staff is incredibly kind and caring and really make time for you. They do very thorough inspections that help you leave knowing you're in good hands. I'm still blown away by how friendly the staff was! I recommend 10/10.
I just recently moved to Detroit and I've been switching all my medical stuff over. I was super excited to see that Dr. DiPilla'a office was 2 blocks from my job, that meant walking distance. I stopped by for a cleaning and went back to work. Everyone was super nice. Dakota was great and personable, looking forward to my next cleaning!
I was able to get into the office and early and they were accommodating to get me placed in the chair prior to me appt. time. The procedure was minimal, easy, and quick. The staff was more than courteous and pleasant, I was very happy with the entire appointment and process.
I am afraid of having root canals . . .I have had many bad experiences. Dr. DiPilla Is a gentle, brilliant, deeply serious, extraordinary Dentist. I am a Painter and like a little grit. His office in Birmingham was too fancy for my taste and I was sure I would hate the guy. I adored him instead. He is completely present,has a sense of humor, and is a perfectionist. It was only my first visit but I was very happy with it. I do need to get some work done on my teeth so I'm hoping that entire experience is a good one as well.
I went to Dr. DiPillas office for the first time yesterday and it was a great experience. When I walked into the beautiful downtown office, I was very impressed with the space. I was greeted promptly and brought back to start my appointment. Everyone was so professional and nice and they have all start of the art equipment. They explained each step in the process along the way, as well as educated me on the health of my teeth. The experience was great and I look forward to going back!
The staff at Dr. DiPilla's is always cheerful, knowledgeable and calming. Dr. DiPilla has the best chair side manner and personality. He did a fantastic job at replacing some old fillings in a timely and painless manner. I would and have recommended the office to many people. Their office in Detroit has some fabulous views to top it all off.
I had a tooth emergency and called Dr. Di Pila's office on a Monday morning. Even though they didn't do the initial crown work they did make an appt for me within the hour to help adjust my bite so I wasn't in pain anymore. I will absolutely go there for teeth cleaning as it's right in my building and super convenient. The office is very nice and the staff are super friendly and professional. Thank you!
The visit was great. Everyone was super friendly, and talked to be about getting a night guard without me feel like I was getting a sales pitch, which was appreciated and very different than my last dentist.
