I am very happy with the DiPilla office in Detroit. Each visit has been pleasant and it's always a pleasure to speak with Carlie (sp?). I had my teeth cleaned by Kristen and Dr. Bryson finished it up with the overview and recommendation. I really like Dr. Bryson very professional and I like his smile :-). Dr. Bryson also made me very comfortable when fixing a tooth that had broke and needed a crown. He told me to relax and I can honestly say I felt fine which is not normal for me at the dentist. Like all Championship teams, the title is won by a collective effort, it takes everyone doing their part to the best of their ability to win. From this moment I walked it I was greeted with a welcoming face and a warm personality. I was then ushered to my chair by the MVP of the experience, Bruce. This was the most amazing visit I have ever had with a Dentist. Everyone was extremely nice and reassuring. I will never go anywhere else.
The office is very clean, the view is excellent and most importantly, the staff was nice and professional. The Dentist that I saw was cautious and took great care to ensure that I did not feel pain. It was a good experience for me; and I was very afraid going in. My fears were quelled. I have set a follow up appointment as well. Thank you.
