I would highly recommend Detroit Build. I've used them several times for renovation loan products and our customers are very happy with their work. Seabrook and his team deliver great customer service, are accurate and honest, and finish projects on time.

My wife and I bought an old home with 203k loan and Detroit Build did a great job for us with rehabbing the interior structure - I would highly recommend them to anyone. Great guys, timely, clean and quality work. Seabrook was always accesible to talk throughout the project and Jake Rizer(?) was especially helpful and displayed expertise in older home renovation.
