My wife and I bought an old home with 203k loan and Detroit Build did a great job for us with rehabbing the interior structure - I would highly recommend them to anyone. Great guys, timely, clean and quality work. Seabrook was always accesible to talk throughout the project and Jake Rizer(?) was especially helpful and displayed expertise in older home renovation.
