I've been a professional designer/builder for 35 years. I have worked with Details on many occasions and have always been pleased with their product knowledge and service. I find it unfortunate that only the people with negative experiences take the time to post a review.
Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Every order is like pulling teeth. Hate this place.
