Walked into the store looking for a certain product, but they didn't have what I was looking for. That's fine. Staff (Robert) then proceeded to suggest alternatives they had on hand. That's fine too. The staff is friendly but the extent of their knowledge on their products seemed to be as deep as what was printed on the label but whatever that's fine too. Robert provided a high caliber customer service , he was extremely helpful. Initial need was to purchase a car scent he definitely guided me towards the right direction . Would highly reccomend to anyone to visit Robert at Chemical Guys.
Been here a few times and I've always found what I needed.
Went in today and had immediate help with what I was looking for, all the staff were very friendly especially Seth and Roy who helped me directly with what I needed. Extemely friendly staff with products that work! This is my go-to place for cleaning products. Will definitely be coming back!
