In late 2024 I came into the office for two simple fillings on my front teeth. Within days one fell out. The dentist convinced me to get crowns after asking about potentialy getting my teeth capped, I was told “crowns and caps are the same thing,” and said she could do them right away. I trusted her. Horrible experience. I came in for a deep cleaning, was told i need approval from my insurance but mentioned i needed a couple fillings which can be done now. While getting numb someone rushes in to stop the doctor noting that i would have to pay for a filling… obviously… she stopped the doctor for me to pay upfront … anyways i got the filling had to come back a day later because it was over filled and i was in pain the whole time. 6 months later while on vacation the filling comes out while eat!! DO NOT GO HERE I wish it were possible to give zero stars. I had a troubling experience with Destiny Dental. Dr. Patel shaved down my teeth excessively during treatment, which led to severe pain and eventually caused my teeth to begin dying. She removed about 75% of both teeth that were treated. When I returned for help, she dismissed my concerns and claimed the pain was normal. She said everything looked fine on the X-rays. I had to seek a second opinion, where I was told I needed a root canal due to the damage. Two dentist... read more

Had exam and xrays. Told I needed a root canal and that I had nine cavities. The dentist never shared the findings with me via the x rays. Got a second opinion..2 cavities...no root canal needed according to the endodontist! 3rd opinion...same. had to pay out of pocket for the 3rd exam but that's o.k
