I rented a 3 bed 2 bath unit in Royal Palm from Lydia Gates, and she was the most unprofessional and disorganized agent I have ever worked with. Lydia turned the unit over to me in complete disarray. She had 9 days from the time the previous tenant moved out until I moved in to have it cleaned and perform minor repairs. She did not do either.
