My child isnt the most corroprative when it comes to getting any dental work done but the ladies there are very sympathetic and patient with my son thank you staff at Destination Smile
My son was excited but very nervous for his first visit to the dentist. The bright and fun waiting room put him at ease immediately. The hygienist was warm and friendly and talked him through all of the points of the cleaning (tools used, what would happen, etc). The dentist was great too! He especially loved the goodie bag, of course. Thank you so much for everything!
I love Destination Smile and Dr. Tingling!! She is so caring to my two children (ages 4 & 6). They have been under her competent dental care for the last 3 years and this even includes several cavities that my daughter had to have filled. Dr. Tingling always welcomes us with big hugs! We couldn't be happier with the service we receive. Destination Smile works with our insurance carrier too (TRICARE MetLife Dental)! I definitely give the office a high recommendation.
I can not express how awesome our first visit to destination smile was! The staff was so wonderful with my daughter and went above and beyond to make her enjoy going to the dentist. Thank You!!!
Although we waited in the waiting room 30 minutes past our appointment time, I realized that there were two other kiddo's ahead of us, even thought it was only 8:15am. The service is always friendly. Everyone is so patient, calm and generally happy. It's helpful when the dentist can be a bit of a scary place. We love Dr. Biggs!
My 9 year old 2 fillings fell out, when we came to have his 6months regular check/cleaning, Dr.Tingling asked us to come back to have those fillings fixed. So we did and she didn't charge for any,not a single cent. Not to mention a new small filling that she also fixed without charging us. Not only that, she treats everybody like a family. Very warm and accommodating staff. Clean and beautiful, modern facility. The staff was amazing, friendly and explained the X-rays and everything very well. They gave great tips and suggestions on how to take care of my children's teeth. The staff had such an energetic personalities. It really helped my kids feel comfortable and enjoy their experience at the dentist.
We always have a great time when we visit for our check ups.
