It was our daughter's first time to the dentist at 22 months of age. She is usually very good about going to the doctor, but tends to get nervous in unfamiliar environments. The staff did a great job making her feel welcome and that everything was going to be OK. The goody bag at the end helped as well, as she refuses to let the contents of it leave her side for a minute. Thanks again, look forward to our next visit.
Today I took my 3 girls, ages 4, 7, & 10, to see Dr. Tingling at Destination Smile. From my first phone call with them to walking in the door, we always encountered amazingly friendly staff members willing to answer questions and assist in any way. The office itself is SO magical and kid friendly, that it instantly puts your kids at ease. I also liked how the hygienist and dr. both met with use in a side office before actually taking the girls to the back to start the dental work. This helped to ease them in. Dr. Tingling and Dr. Biggs are always so wonderful. They have this 'thing' for the kids that I have seen in a very long time. They genuinely love what they do. The kids are not just patients. They remember them. They are out of my dental network, but I still take my son there because they are SO great!
Destination Smile exceeded all of my expectations! From the administrative staff, to the hygienists, to the doctor, the entire staff was beyond amazing! The office decor is incredible and perfect for little patients. Highly recommend! My children can't wait to go back!
The service was excellent, specifically the front desk. Everybody great my with a smile. The doctor was very good with my son.
We love this pediatric dentist! Dr Tingling has such a wonderful way with all her patients, the kids love her and she takes time to speak with the parents and provide valuable information about each kid's unique dental situation. The staff are also really good with the kids, they are patient, friendly and take time to explain to the kids about what they are doing, how it will feel and what to expect. We move around a lot and so we've experienced a number of different pediatric dentists, this one is our favorite!
We still remained extremely pleased with Destination Smile! Today, my daughter had sealant placed on her adult molars in order to protect them. The front desk staff, dental hygienist and Dr. Tingling were all professional, caring and very helpful as usual. I truly appreciate Dr. Tingling and the services provided by this dental office!! Dr. Tingling and her staff make my childrens' comfort a priority, while providing quick, state-of-the-art care. I appreciate the professionalism of everyone at her office, and I love the child-friendly decor!
