The staff here is absolutely wonderful. They are so kind and welcoming to the kids and their communication is unparalleled, offering both text and email. These aren’t automated either, it’s an actual human who responds promptly. The office is gorgeous. The waiting area has a great toy section for kids and comfortable seats for the adults.
