The average, based on my last few visits, wait time for an oil change and tire rotation is about 2 hours. Car will be completed and they will park it out front but technicians will go to lunch, having you wait about a half-hour to have someone to come back and complete paperwork. Communication skills are horrible. Asked if I wanted to complete a service I was due for while I was there already, will say yes after waiting and find out when I check out that it wasn't done because of whatever reason. and that I will now need to ... read more
