I moved to New York from Arizona in mid May. I have tried for over two weeks and over 15 calls and many emails in a vain attempt to get KIA Finance to provide the necessary information and documents to the DMV in my new home New York. Despite NY DMV faxing state to state transfer forms to KIA finance (which KIA finance requested), no action was taken by KIA finance. The average, based on my last few visits, wait time for an oil change and tire rotation is about 2 hours. Car will be completed and they will park it out front but technicians will go to lunch, having you wait about a half-hour to have someone to come back and complete paperwork. Communication skills are horrible. Asked if I wanted to complete a service I was due for while I was there already, will say yes after waiting and find out when I check out that it wasn't done because of whatever reason. and that I will now need to ... read more
