Best gym I've ever been to! This is not a gym for the light hearted! Great atmosphere and amazing people!
A must visit for every serious minded athlete and if you're less serious this place will give you the right amount of motivation.
If you are really serious to train hard core in a bootcamp this is the place to be. I am not a baby when working out but with these bootcamps my body is in real shock. No joking around here. Especially I like the way Sullivan keeps my body guessing. Lucky the ones who have the chance to live close to this "training paradise" . ����When I travel to Plano I don't think twice to visit the this hard core training location.
First Time coming to This Gym and it was An Great Experience, can't wait to visit again!
This isn't a gym where you will walk in and see people sitting on machines on their phones. This gym is for people serious about their fitness. The bootcamps are amazing and affordable. Great atmosphere and friendly people.
