Amazing gym and atmosphere. If your looking for a place to lift this is hands down one of the best gyms in the country.
Love the atmosphere, the equipment and the etiquette for working out!!
It never fails to have that right atmosphere for lifting. People are always helpful here. The GASP store up front is incredible!
Serious place to go lift, shoot didn't even need my headphones with the sick ass music. Old school weights, open floor, and everybody had a good attitude. Also I knew this place was serious when I didn't see any assisted machines haha. Will definitely comeback when I'm in the Dallas area.
