Horrible customer service!! Was charged 6 times in one month. Was told it would be refunded but still nothing after 4 months! Owner unresponsive to many calls and messages!
I cancelled my membership but they still billed me to renew it. I called 5 times and was never able to get the issue resolved. I had to do a stop payment request at the bank to keep them from drafting my account.
