Just a really good gym..complete ...great equipment and a good selection ..if your serious about weight training or bodybuilding this is what your looking for

I’ve been a member of several gyms over the years and I believe I like DHF the best. It’s clean, well lit, well laid out and has a great vibe. Honestly there’s nothing I don’t like about it. I highly recommend it.
Great vacation workout spot. Loaded with Hammer Strength and LifeFitness equipment. Great staff and trainers (especially Anna Grace). Pleasant atmosphere.
I’ve been training at this gym consistently for almost four years and since new ownership has taken over it’s been such a better atmosphere. Equipment has been upgraded, cleaner than any other gym in town and managed very professionally with flexible hours. 10/10 recommend!

I love this gym the classes are very good, it is very clean and the people are very friendly, the machines are good, for me it is the best😉
