Great place to get a real workout in. Every piece of equipment you would ever need. Friendly, knowledgeable staff.
The gym is awesome, the equipment is top of the line, it’s immaculately clean and everyone is super nice. The best part about going is getting to train with Tim Galvin!! He’s the reason why I drive from Navarre to Destin to go to this gym.
This by far is the bomb-diggity of gym awesome location grade equipment awesome personal trainers as well group fitness trainer awesome classes best overall and the owners or should I say the new owners are super nice

I visited this gym while in Fl. The employees were very friendly. The gym was great and so were the classes. If you are out of town, I highly recommend this gym!!
