I had an apple pocket and a cup of the organic house coffee .... Both excellent! The apple pocket was puff pastry filled with Apple-- and it was FILLED! A bit of carmelized sugar underneath, great flavor, not too sweet, cinnamon, large apple chunks ... I'm picky about coffee having lived in Central America and having access to great coffee--and the coffee was also outstanding! Great job keep it up!
