DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!! Unless of course you want your children abducted, the cops in and out everyday and many other things! We have lived here for almost 5 years and I can't wait to get out! They say the screen everyone that moves in here, that a bold faced LIE!!! They don't care about anything or any one except, their own kind and that is CRAP!! As far as I'm concerned this is the worst place I have EVER lived and I'm embarrassed to call it home!

I hate it here and have for the 5 years I have lived here! IT's the worst place I have EVER lived and I'm embarrassed to call it "home". My daughter was almost abducted, I've had windows busted out and my neighbors have had multiple break ins... DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!!

WARNING! IF YOU PURCHASE A HOUSE HERE, YOU WILL BE LIVING WITH SKUNKS, THAT BURROW AND SET UP THEIR HOMES UNDER YOUR HOME, AND THE COMPANY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT!!! THEY SAY TO SPREAD THIS SKUNK REPELLANT AROUND YOUR HOUSE EVERY MONTH BUT IT DOESN'T WORK. EVERYONE THAT I HAVE ASKED SAYS THAT THEY HAVE A SKUNK PROBLEM UNDER THEIR HOUSE ALSO. If u want something fixed! – If u want something fixed u might as well fix it urself ! U call it in. HaHa! Then gotta call weeks later to ask them if they are gonna fix it. Still waiting on them to fix something. My toilet handle broke so I fixed it myself cuz I knew they would never get around 2 it! Water out! Call and they say 2 hours. That was at 5 pm. Call again and they say at 9 pm. It's 10:12 and still NO WATER! Cant even take a bath after coming home from 8 hours at work!

WORST PLACE TO LIVE – BUT as of 07/01/2010 a new management company took over., NEWBURY MANAGEMENT COMPANY. Instead of informing the current residents of the changes they are putting into effect, they started harassing the tenants. You have a three day grace period for your rent and utilities that are due on the first of the month and on the second you are getting notices that your rent has not been paid. gone to hell – shithole. thought it was a dream at first great place to raise my kid. Always paid rent on time, always kept up yard... then... new mgmt took over. They treat the residents like sh!t. the gate never works the pool is green and i get harassing letters on my door threatening to evict me for unpaid rent BEFORE rent is even due. Austin's BEST Mobile home park – I have lived in this park for 3 years now. At first it was not living up to par, as far as quality of residents goes. But after the new management got here, and made the proper changes (i.e. got the rats out), this place is GREAT! No other park in Austin even came CLOSE when I was looking to move out, so I re-signed a lease & couldn't be happier. There's even a neighborhood watch that keeps things in control. worst mobile home park in austin – do not move in to this mobile home park we lived there for 2 years, never fixed anything in then we moved out took us 45 days to get a deposit out of 750 we reivef only 250 this is a corrupt moilble home park
