Being in this community over 25 years and with the bad experience I been through I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANY NEW RESIDENT TO COME AND JOIN THIS COMMUNITY TOO LIVE IN!!! Totally have rude, unprofessional staff working there like front desk lady (Alicia) always lying that the manager is out of the office while she isn't because while I was on the phone with her to speck to the manager, she deny her so I went to the office asap to see if it was true and for sure she was definitely lying, so my question is how are we gonna resolve ... read more

High crime happening in this neighborhood and the management always says cameras are down. Multiple vehicles have been stolen from the community dessau fountain Estates. Not only that, the manager is beyond rude. They also charge $50 force mow fees to your account with out receipts to your email or mailbox . Not only that but they charge your account multiple times although they’ve only cut your grass twice a month.

I have lived here nearly 25 years. It was great here at first. The last 5 years have been horrible! I really, really hate it here. Management is rude and disrespectful. They are young and seem to lack experience/training. The present manager has rolled her eyes at me and always argues with me. I'm probably the age of her grandmother. Please reconsider moving here unless you are an illegal alien with 20 or more family members that will take all the parking or if you are operating a home based pharmacy. Also if you like paying an astronomical amount for lot rent and can't eve get a decent nights sleep because of all super loud stereos that drive through all hours of the night and wake you up because you have to get up every day and report to work!! i have lived at the park for 19 years, yes 19 years. It was so nice when we moved our new home in back in 1995. It is pure trash now and has been for 5 to 8 years now. I lost count of management company after management company. They started renting out trailers (yea! more scum and drug dealers). The crime rate in this community is horrific. RUDE RUDE MANAGEMENT. DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Manager named Doreen is the rudest, nastiest person I have ever met. She belittles everyone. Treats people like they are beneath her. Has no business dealing with the community. Should be locked up and kept behind closed doors. She is very disrespectful to even the elderly. We moved because of her. I have lived here for over 8 years. 1 1/2 -2 years ago this place has went way down hill. Nothing is done to make any Improvements to the communtiy nor does anyone follow any of the rules and regulations that was set up Management company. As of this report there is 3 child molesters allowed to live here. Drug dealers live here, Loud music all the time at all hours of the night. Don't recomend moving here excpecially if you have kids. I have lived here 4 years and loved it until new management. New school was built right behind my house and they have built a 6 ft wall so kids can't walk to school, how sick is that. Not only that manager and employees treat you like dirt when your paying thair bills.
