The wait time was bad I literally sat there like 25 mins before I was approached then I wasn’t asked wat pedicure I wanted I was told wat I was getting then the lady told cut my toe like I didn’t notice worst experience ever
Manager Larry at DeSoto Nail Bar is amazing 👏! I went here on Monday February 3rd and ran into a few problems that were out of my control but manager Larry helped to defuse the situation quickly. Larry went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of and satisfied. I returned back on today February 6th due to a few minor setback that occurred and once again he didn't hesitate to take care of the issues at hand with professionalism and kindness. Waited 30 minutes to get service. The salon wasn’t busy. During this time I was offered a drink or comforted for the extreme long await. I was walked to a pedicure bowl to be left there. They didn’t even run the water or anything. I will never return here. Customer service is just as important as the product. As I left the salon, no one said a thing. This must happen often
