Very nice people. Professional
Had an appointment for a week and a half. Took off work and showed up for my appointment and was told I would have to reschedule. Was told they "should have called me yesterday".
Waiting on a call back from the office manager to discuss my concerns about “perceived” incompetent customer service....will change rating if matter is addressed. �

Horrible customer service. Cancelled appt on the day of (warning would be nice) and then rescheduled for another day, that's fine. I understand things happen. We wait to the next scheduled appt and find out they have been calling a different parent( split household) and again the day of the appt to try and reschedule again with a person that didn't even know what was going on. Then got rude on the phone saying they'll see if they can stay for the appt. Again, horrible customer service.
This place is great?people are so nice and polite.they go out of there way to make you feel comfortable when having your test done! Hands up for the ones that done my Hyda Scan you are awesome !'nn
