Professional knowledgeable and punctual. Excellent service and the staff is attentive, thorough, and kind. We've had serval bad experiences with dentists here in Dallas but this office is excellent. If you're tired of bad dental experiences you need to come here and experience how a patient should always treated.
Please have the hygienist that conducted my teeth cleaning take a look at the proper procedures for cleaning teeth.
Not always a five star review but this visit was timely, the dental hygienist was attentive, thorough and very nice. The receptionist was efficient and honest to tell me I had a credit, which I appreciated. Thanks
I will be finding another provider. The wait time is ridiculous come in at 3 for a routine appointment and leave at 6. I’ve complained about this twice. The last time I was about to walk out. Was numbed for a filling and waited an hour before I threatened to walk out. Now I need to reschedule my appointment and because I didn’t know my tire was going to go flat 24 hours before they want to charge me $75. Good bye! I’ll find another dentist that can respect my time just like they want theirs respected!
