Amber the hygienist is the best. And very knowledgeable, reliable and experienced in this area of her profession. overall the staff is awesome excellent crew.
Went to get a routine cleaning and was informed that a there was some build up on one side but my hygienist said it was possible to get it cleaned through normal cleaning. Dentists and Hygienist both agreed initially. Dentist leaves and comes back and says he now feels that I should get a deep cleaning costing over $500. He goes over the same xrays and begans to point at a couple very very minimal spots and even spots that show nothing. I'm looking at him like are you serious. I've been back in Dallas 4 months residing in Desoto and through my insurance Desoto Family Dentistry was highly recommended. My visit was comfortable and very pleasant. The staff and Dentist was wonderful. Look forward to my next visit. Thank you
Very detailed and informative experience
It was horrible. I was there for 2.5hours. And never had my teeth cleaned. They took extensive x-rays of my teeth and 3Ds, then proceeded to tell me everything that was wrong with them, which btw, I have “fantastic” teeth according to other dentist’s I’ve seen my whole life in a regular basis. They then told me I needed a deep cleaning for over $500 out of pocket and that I could not have a basic cleaning done until I had a deep cleaning. I left and am not going back, absolute scam!!!
