Horrible service, Do not waste your time getting braces here. I was with this place for braces for nearly two years and they wasted all my time and money. The entire time I was with them I never noticed my teeth improving which I should have with braces, and every time I brought it up at an appointment, he would dismiss it, or he ask if I like how my teeth look, and when I was honest and voiced my concerns he would be dismissive and claim my teeth are looking better when there was really no improvement. Wait times are entirely way too long. The team is very nice, but this is a problem I have with a lot of doctors and dentist is they seem to treat patients as if we have to be there. When in fact, we can go anywhere, we are the customer. They should respect our time more. The TVs in the dentist areas are nice and help pass the time, but our time is valuable too.
Love love love the services staff & they’re so friendly & very professional you’re received with a friendly & welcoming hello & smile the minute u walk in plus the staff in back are so professional & make you feel so comfy I had Veronica do my teething cleaning & I was so relaxed & it was a very good experience plus Dr. Varkey is an excellent dentist & has a great bedside manner, I highly recommend DeSoto Family Dentistry!!!!!!!!
Dr. Varkey and his team provide exceptional care, and my experience has consistently been positive. I was able to complete all of the treatments that had been personal goals for several years. I am very pleased with the results, which have significantly improved my confidence. I can now smile again, something I had not felt comfortable doing in a long time.
