As new residents of Desoto Estates (and Grand Forks), our experience so far has been great. The apartment is clean and the appliances are in good condition. The staff is responsive to any maintenance requests, and all our questions are answered promptly and with respect. Looking forward to enjoying our new home.
Staff does a nice job of keeping the apartment clean. Satisfied thus far with my experience.
I would not rent from this company if I had a different choice. They don't clean snow, all they do is a quick sweep. I look around at other apartment buildings and they're actually clean but they have not cleaned this parking lot since winter began. Also there is a lot of trouble with the heat in this place. I have lost heat from 3 to 4 days and it's happened at least five times because they don't know what they are doing.
