I had no issues with the dentist I loved her, it’s the way they managed things that really made me mad right now. I came from far away to my appointment just to realize the office was shut down & nobody left me a voicemail to let me know. I called and the staff that answered the phone to tell me it was shut down was rude about it too saying they called but they could’ve left a voicemail. Super disappointed because I loved the dentist.
The staff are wonderful and always make sure you have your next appointment scheduled and they call the day before to make sure you are coming. The Dentist Dr. Joseph saved my tooth and now I feel so much more self-esteem. They are a great group of ladies and I highly recommend them.
Dr LJ and Mercedes did and outstanding job last week with my exam and prophy. They are all fantastic!!!
