Short wait, associates knowledgeable & polite. Dr.took his time with complete explanations .
He has treated me for a left eye inflammation problem for several years and I am constantly exhibiting improvement.
Dr. McGuire provided a very detailed examination. His description of my condition was clear and comforting.
His assistants took many tests. His diagnosis given in rapid 'doctor speak' not comprehensive too layman/patient, was that there was no circulation in the blood vessels at back of my eyes and that he could not 'fix it' implied that the condition could not be fixed. After research with a different retina doctor found that the condition could be improved with improved vision.
The appointment moved along quickly and professionally. It started right on time
I’ve been a patient for over 5 years and have always received excellent care for my condition. Following his advice to keep my blood pressure and blood sugar in control in order to reduce the need for shots to reduce macular edem, my diabetic retinopathy hasn’t worsened, edema resolved and my eyesight has improved - a bonus I never expected. I keep my follow up appointments religiously and am a raving fan! :)
My visit was Fast and Efficient. The staff and technicians were also very capable.
Dr McGuire and his entire staff always friendly and professional. Will definitely recommend and return for any future appointments.
I can not sing the praises of Dr. McGuire and his staff too loudly! He has monitored the progress of my epiretinal membranes/macular puckers for several years in an effort to avoid surgery. However, as my vision continued to worsen he recommended that we forge ahead with a vitrectomy in my right and later left eye. The results have been amazing and literally life changing! Thank you, thank you, thank you Dr. M.! You are a rock star!
