I have never seen a doctor’s office treat a patient with such disrespect. I was there accompanying my parent to an appointment, and the receptionist along with the girls at the front desk were extremely rude to an elderly woman. The woman only spoke Spanish, yet they handed her paperwork entirely in English. When she politely asked for help understanding and completing the forms, the receptionist and the other staff members refused to help her. His office has a strongly racist attitude. If you are white, they will help you. If not, waiting and even can’t get an appt. . Crazy
