He walked me through my sleep apnea results, stressing how necessary the machine is for me to have restful sleep. Thanks to his methodical demonstration, he succeeded to encourage me try it by myself before I left & again when I was home. He's an excellent employee to have working with clients like me. The automated recording you first hear when calling egregiously mispronounces "Desloge." That really says all you need to know about the level of competence you can expect when dealing with these clowns. The customer service is atrocious. No one there knows what's going on, and they have zero motivation to find out.
Technician Jarrett contacted me when he was on the way, arrived on time, very professional, set the bed up, demonstrated it, and made sure we were happy.
