We can’t say enough good things about Kim and the entire staff at Desjardins Jewelers. From the moment we walked in, everyone was so warm, friendly, and welcoming. We purchased the engagement band as well as our wedding bands here, and Kim took so much time and care walking us through different options to make sure everything felt just right. The experience was thoughtful, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. We trust this team completely and will absolutely be lifelong customers. Highly recommend!
I came in with a custom request, and hopefully done in time for Christmas. It was a big ask as there wasn't much time left in the season. They pulled it off! Got it in time for Christmas and my wife loved it. It was the biggest Christmas miracle since Scrooge got haunted by ghosts. We couldn't be happier with the price, service and result. My go-to store for sure. Every piece of jewelry for over a decade or more for my wife has been spot-on. Fantastic service, as all the employees make you feel like family, no exaggeration. To top it off, their card selection never fails to add the right touch as does their impeccable wrapping.
