Bad painful experience I will never go there again

I would give zero stars if I could. I’ll preface this review with 1. It seems like they do good hair here and 2. My child is very tender headed. I came to Desi’s for the first time today very slightly after 5 pm. I asked if they would be able to detangle my daughters hair and blow dry and flat iron it and they told me it wouldn’t be a problem. I set an appointment with the person who braids hair there on Monday to come on Wednesday at 1pm. please tell why at 6pm the only thing they did was wash her hair🤔🤔🤔😤 I called all my co workers and explain how the shop did my daughter and to please help find someone who value their customer time and money. This is the most disgraceful, unkind,unprofessional,waste of time that I have EVER experienced. so if you want to be disrespected, humiliated, your time not vauled then by all means this is the place for you!
