Dr. Brotsky is so amazing there are no words to describe how thankful I am for her! Through all the complications of my pregnancy one been pregnant with triplets. She always seemed calm and she helped guid me through my difficult discussion that came with my pregnancy without making me second guess myself. Her bedside manner is amazing even months after my babies been born she dropped by to check on them at the NICU. She is by far the most amazing doctor!
Today was my first appointment with Dr. Brotsky, she came highly recommended to me. Upon arrival I was not greeted with a hello or friendly smile. Chloe at the front desk...RUDE! I did forget my paperwork of which she reprimanded me, however I work for a dental office and patients forget things all the time and we don't berate them for it. If Chloe and who ever else was working at the front is any indication of how I will be treated in the future I will look else where.
FIVE STARS for Dr. Brotsky. My experience there however has been absolutely ridiculous. I waited over an hour and a half for my appt and the girl next to me said she had been waiting for over 2 hours. Unfortunately my situation required medication and as I was leaving Dr. Brotsky ensured me my prescription would be called in right away. 3 hours later I go to Walgreens to pick it up and they have nothing called in for me. As much as I love this dr I will be finding a new one due to the staff.
Brotsky is always friendly and sweet. Would highly recommend her. However, I made an appointment at her new office. I arrived early as asked. Waited an hour and a half to see her. This is a very long time for just a check up. Dissapointed that the staff didn't tell me there would be such a long wait.
The doctor herself was very nice, but the office staff and the wait were a bit frustrating. My appointment was at 9am. I was asked to arrived 30 minutes early to complete paperwork which consisted of a brief questionnaire that took maybe 10 mins. It was 9:30 am when I asked about my appointment and the front desk simply reply "No, i don't know why its taking so long." I was taken back at about 10:10 and was out by 10: 25.
Call #1. I was not able to make an apt because I was not sure if I was 8 week pregnant yet. This is my 1st time being pregnant & I have medical & personal concerns. The lady on the phone asked me questions that should only be asked/shared with the doctor. The policies that represent this Doctor suggest that they will only benefit the company & NOT the patient. If you want to find a place that is interested in meeting, building relationships, & caring from the start, I suggest passing on this one
I was recommended by my friend to her and I'm glad I was. My fiancé and I love Dr. Brotsky! She is very patient and caring. I am pregnant with my first child, and she makes me feel comfortable and understanding about everything at every appointment I go to. I would recommend her to anyone! :)
Dr. Brotsky is a wonderful and caring doctor. She is so sweet and you can tell she really cares about her patients. I just wish she was easier to get in to see, and some of her office staff need to take lessons in customer service and compassion.
Dr Brotsky, was the Dr. on call when our son came 10 days early in 2014...Thank God, because we love her. No offense towards our previous OB, but there is no equal comparison. She is very thorough and especially caring. Her bed side mannerism is like none we have experienced and she is genuinely excited for the new life that she is helping bring into the world. If you are looking for the perfect OBGYN and someone who is genuine.. She is it!
