Dr. Brotsky is the best doctor I have ever had! She makes you feel as if you are her only patient. She makes sure all of your concerns are addressed and truly listens to all of your concerns. The front office staff is HORRIBLE! They lack the ability to communicate and are rude but I stay there o my because if Dr. Brotsky!!!
Diana in the front office caused me to miss my appointment by failing to inform me about creating a mandatory online portal. The link was never even emailed to me, so how is that MY fault? It’s not, but I paid the price. What a joke and incredible inconvenience! When I said I wouldn’t reschedule and would find a new doctor, Diana wouldn’t even look at me someone else apologized for her. The doctor might be good, who knows, but with a front desk like that who needs her?!
very understanding and comforting
I have had 6 children at 5 different places...and my two absolute best birth experiences were the only two repeats- Thunderbird Hospital with Dr. Brotsky. Dr. Brotsky is truly the best doctor, of any type, that I have worked with. She makes me feel sincerely cared for and heard. She is funny and kind, while also knowledgeable and helpful. She takes great care of me and I can't recommend her enough!
Dr. Brotsky is not just an excellent physician, but she is an amazing human being. I did not have an easy pregnancy (but who does?). I have chronic hypertension, but it got worse with pregnancy. Dr. Brotsky managed my case so well, kept my husband and I well-informed, and she was quick to intervene when things became concerning. Her kindness, positivity, and encouragment go a long way. She is a rare gem in healthcare.
Dr Brotsky is one of the most caring doctors I’ve ever been a patient with. She really listens to her patients and provides facts and options to make your health decisions. I’m so happy to have found her.
I love Dr. Brotsky!!! This was my first pregnancy and it could not have been a better experience. The wait time can be long, but I felt like she took the time to talk to me and answer all of my questions. She makes you feel comfortable and is so sweet. The delivery went so smoothly and I felt reassured through the entire process. I was also so happy she went the extra mile to be at the hospital at 3:12 am for the delivery instead of having the on call doctor do it. That is very important to her
Dr. Brotsky is amazing! I always feel like she genuinely cares about me as her patient and she always treats me like I'm her only patient of the day. The pre-appointment wait is awful but she is sooo worth the wait! Having an OBGYN that I trust and have a good relationship with is SO important and I'm so grateful to have found her!
Dr. Brotsky is soo nice and always remembers me when I come to see her. She is easy to ask questions to. Her new office is nice too. HOWEVER, she is NEVER on time to appointments!!! Over my last pregnancy I missed several appointments even though I showed up for them because I just couldn't wait for more than 2 hours. It was REALLY frustrating. I understand with an OB this can happen occasionally, but with Dr. Brotsky its the norm to have to wait for 2 hours. So beware.
