My 2015 Kia Optima was hit in front of my house and the driver took off, Desimone came and picked up my car for me (I had a baby two weeks before so it was hard for me to get to them) and dropped off the rental right to my house. Less the two weeks later my car was finished and looked just like new and I must say they went above and beyond to make this experience so easy!! I will definitely use them again and refer everyone I know to use them
The estimated time of 1 hr ended up being 3 hrs. People were polite but initially what it was described as a very simple job was actually more complex even tho it was an standard safety recall. Thanks to all of this I had to wait there the 3 hrs and I was late for another appointment.

Sooo, I had my very 1st real accident two weeks ago. :^((( I was in Center City and the shop couldn't be closer. After handling all of the business with the cops - I was free to go But I didn't know what to do. I couldn't drive the car. I was hit on my right side door, bumper & tire! I'm stressed, late for work & worried sick... The tow truck driver was there in NOOOO time..... even before the cops (SMH!).
