Shannon is awesom she always dose good work on my teeth and she’s easy to talk too! I recommend this dentist office.
I went to the Frankfort office yesterday and the dental assistant SHANNON was X-raying my mouth and dropped the X-ray tool. She then tried to put this tool back in my mouth. I jumped back and asked her if she could change the plastic (sandwich bag) that was covering it before she put it in my mouth. She got very upset and started yelling “everything in here is cleaned” I explained to the woman that not only is Covid-19 going around but it is just simply unsanitary. I Love this office. The office staff welcome you soon as you walk in the door. The dentists are friendly and take the time to explain the procedure before getting started and take time to answer any questions you may have. The Dental hygienist Shannon Hammons did a great job cleaning my teeth as well. Highley recommend this office for your dental needs.
I was so scared of the dentist! After a bad experience 5 years ago, I hadn't gone back until today. Dr. Balayut and Lesha were amazing! They took their time and were so gentle. Lesha made me feel so comfortable. I WILL be returning! Thanks for making this a tolerable😊 experience💜💜💜
